A great adventure in the Sibillini Mountains accompanied by an Italian truffle hunter with his trustworthy and trained dogs and the Italian teacher, walking through the unspoiled nature of our woods. The truffle hunter will introduce you to the world of Italian truffles, in particular to the species that grow in Le Marche, explaining the biological cycle of truffle,  where and how the truffles are found and how it is used and which are the recipes that enhance it the most.

 Programme:

• Meeting with the truffle-hunter and the dogs
• Brief explanation of the experience and introduction the vocabulary of the truffle-hunting
• 2 hours Experience of black truffle hunting (summer season truffle) in the Sibillini Mountains, the truffle hunter will show you how to search for truffles, their techniques and secrets, with the chance to try to conduct the truffle dog.
• Lunch in a typical restaurant or agriturismo with traditional dishes (3 dishes – based on truffle, f.i. pasta with truffle, stew with roe dear and truffle etc.)

In case of bad weather, you can decide to have just the lunch or to postpone the experience.

Recommended clothing: comfortable and suitable for the climate of the season, long trousers, sport and closed shoes (better if for hiking).
