GreenItalian is a project of the cultural association Strade e Radici and stems from the innovative idea of three girls who have returned to their region after having lived abroad, with the passion of Italian Language teaching and the desire to make their land known abroad.
GreenItalian avails itself of highly qualified mother-tongue teachers, who graduated in humanities, attended training courses in teaching Italian as FL/L2 and acquired expertise through several experiences in teaching Italian language and culture both in Italy and abroad.

Graduated in European Languages and Cultures from the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia with a thesis on learning Italian as L2.
She spent a semester at the Salzburg Universität and served an internship with the Malta Emigrants Commission in Valletta. She worked as Italian language assistant in high schools and language schools in Steyr (Austria).
She attended, also as a speaker, international meetings of the Italian Linguistics Society and the Italian Association for Applied Linguistics. She attended several training courses in teaching Italian and registered at the list of linguistic facilitators of the Province of Ascoli Piceno. She hold a Master in Didactics of Italian as Foreign Language (University of Macerata).
She has a passion for travels, intercultural issues, linguistics and language teaching.
Graduated in Translation and Interpreting from the Faculty of Advanced School of Modern Languages for Interpreters and Translators of the University of Bologna and in Communication in International Organizations at the University of Modena and Reggio Emlia gained several experiences studying and working abroad, she is passionate about geneaology and a licensed Tour Leader. She spent several years in Brussels, where she served an internship at the Council of the European Union. She worked as Italian language assistant in Lyon (France) and as trainee in the Consulate General of Italy in Sidney (Australia), where she carried out a research on the community of Italian immigrants in Sidney. In 2007, she collaborated with the Italian National Commission for UNESCO (Rome). In 2013 she got the DITALS II certificate, the certification for teaching Italian to foreigners of the University for foreigners of Siena. She works also as freelance genealogist, tour leader for Ancestry Tours in Central Italy and project manager in the field of fisheries in the Mediterranea Sea. The passion for travelling and for the Italian culture have always been the driving forces of her life.
Graduated in Foreign Languages for Communication in Business and International Ogranisations from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia with a thesis in intercultural communication in the dialogue between foreign citizens and institutions.
She spent an academic year at the University of Birmingham and got a Master in International Relations from the Corvinus University (Hungary). She gained several experiences working abroad and she taught in courses of Italian language and culture for foreign citizens who live in Italy. She has got a deep passion for travels, art and intercultural issues.
